Albanika Press collaborates with authors, literary estates, and cultural foundations to publish English-language translations of Albanian literary works. We are particularly interested in projects that combine literary merit with historical or cultural significance.

Our approach emphasizes transparency, respect, and long-term stewardship of the work.
Translation Rights
We typically seek:
English-language translation rights for publication in the United States and other English-speaking territories
Rights to publish in print and electronic formats
The option to produce scholarly or dual-language editions, when appropriate
All rights agreements are handled formally and in consultation with rights holders.
Editorial Approach
Our editions may include:
Translator’s notes
Scholarly introductions or afterwords
Annotations and glossaries
Dual-language (Albanian–English) formats
These elements are developed in dialogue with rights holders and tailored to each work.

At this time, Albanika Press does not accept unsolicited manuscripts.
